Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at T.J. Bishop's. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Occasionally, our carriers will experience delays. We are in no way liable for delays caused by the carrier. Please check with the carrier if you are experiencing a delay in your item(s) transit time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

T.J. Bishop's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Orders are eligible for return up to 30 days past the order date. Any items to be returned must be in original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items without original tags are not eligible for return. Damaged items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed at the completion of the return.
